The 2011 WSBA Annual Meeting will be held on Saturday, Nov 19, 1:00-4:00 pm, at REI, 222 Yale Ave North, Seattle. We will finalize the 2012 racing calendar and hold our annual election. The WSBA Board of Directors has 4 positions to fill this year: Junior Development, Southwest Region Representative, West Region Representative, and East Region Representative. If you are interested (or know someone who would be interested) in running for any of these positions, please contact the head of our nominating committee, Martha Walsh (marthalwalsh at yahoo.com). Please submit the nomination by October 15, 2011. Promoters: please submit preliminary date requests to the WSBA Road Calendar Coordinator Tony Ogden (tony.ogden at coldwellbanker.com). Please submit your requests by October 21. The agenda for the annual meeting, including the slate for the board, will be circulated by November 1. |

Due to a logistics issue at the venue for the Olympic View road race, the dates of Olympic View and Vance Creek have been swapped. The senior road race championship will still be on May 1, but it will take place at Vance Creek. The date for the Olympic View road race is now April 10. |
